An Interesting news for mobile phone user in India. As Come from January all mobile phone number will automatically changed to 11-digit mobile numbers into 10-digit number.
The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has update the National Numbering Plan 2003 into 11-digit numbering plan in mobile phone services.
The main reason for changing the 10-digit number to an 11-digitnumber is the maintenance the continuous growth of mobile phone user in India.
Due to 11-digit numbers the DoT allowed new 750 million telephone connections.
In every month 10-14 million new connection added in india.
